We use as a source place a representation in a problem-domain controlled language: the so-called pre-conceptual schemas. We define, in this paper, a heuristic-rule-based method for identifying actors, use cases, and special relationships of use case diagram. However, this work has not been enough, due to the fact that some of it uses a solution-driven controlled language, and the solution does not exist in the first stages of software development life cycle other works require higher analyst intervention in order to generate the use case diagram, and this kind of intervention is not suited for automating this process finally, special relationships (>, >, and >) are not still identified. Work in automated or semi-automated generation of use case diagram from natural or controlled languages have been done. Use case diagram describes user-software interactions.
